He rose to fame through his appearances on Zelig Circus, where he introduced several comedy characters from 2000 onwards. His best-known character is James Tont, a parody of the legendary secret agent James Bond.
During his early years on Zelig Circus, he also performed a parody of the TV game show La ruota della fortuna (Wheel of Fortune). A major milestone in his career came in February 2014, when he joined the cast of the satirical TV show Striscia la notizia as Capitan Ventosa. He succeeded comedian Marco Della Noce, who had previously taken over the character from Luca Cassol.
