We are proud to invite all lovers of fine food and top-quality wines to the Wine & Gourmet event, which will take place on 10 October at 9pm at Restaurant Tiffany.
On Friday, 10 October, the spotlight will be on excellent WINES BY TILIA ESTATE from Vipavska dolina, which will perfectly complement a 4-course menu prepared by Park’s master chefs, led by Chef Adi Blažko.
The TILIA ESTATE wine cellar was founded in 1996 in Potoče.
On 10 hectares of vineyards, spread across exceptional locations along the Vipava Valley, they cultivate Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Yellow Muscat. They follow the principles of conventional viticulture, adapted to individual wine styles. Their core principle is to maintain consistent quality with as few differences between vintages as possible.
