On Friday, 13 February 2026, the spotlight will be on excellent WINES BY JAMŠEK from Vipavska dolina, which will perfectly complement a 4-course menu prepared by Park’s master chefs, led by Chef Adi Blažko.
The Jamšek vineyard and winery estate is located in the village of Manče near Vipava. The tradition of viticulture and winemaking dates back to 1887. At the Jamšek 1887 estate, 6 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, and grapes from their own production are used to produce 6 white and 4 red still wines, as well as 2 sparkling wines, including the indigenous grape varieties Zelen and Pinela. In addition to these, the estate also offers special wines such as aged archival wines, naturally sweet wines, wines with extended maceration, and sparkling wines produced using the traditional method.
