Wine and gastronomy night for € 60 only
In April, all lovers of great food and fine wine will once again be in for another Wine & Gourmet event at the Tiffany restaurant. It is a popular and traditional gathering for all those who like to learn about, try and, above all, enjoy wine and gastronomy.
The focus will be on the excellent Aleksander wine, which will perfectly round off the 4-course menu prepared by Park's chefs de cuisine under the guidance of Executive Chef Adi Blaško.
Aleksander wine comes from the Bužinel family estate in Medana in Goriška Brda. The long family tradition of planting and cultivating vines is now in its third generation. The 10 hectares of vineyards are spread over seven sites around Medana. We have chosen to do this because we want to offer each variety the perfect growing conditions, as this is the only way to get the best out of the grapes.
