At our new massage centre, we have prepared a selection of massages tailored to different needs – from relaxation and recovery to targeted treatment of the most strained areas of the body. The massages are performed by certified sports massage therapists, with each treatment tailored to the individual.
SPORTS MASSAGE
A deep-tissue massage focused on the most heavily used and strained muscles. It is designed to support faster recovery, relieve muscle tension and help prevent injuries.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
A gentler massage of the back, neck and head using aromatic oils to promote a sense of calm and deep relaxation. For an enhanced effect, the massage also incorporates moving cupping techniques.

A targeted treatment focusing on a specific area of the body. We concentrate directly on the area that needs the most attention, without unnecessarily treating other parts of the body.
