It is with great pleasure that we present you the new and updated interior of our restaurants. The restaurant ambience together with carefully selected food and wine more genuinely reflects the surrounding wine-growing districts. From now on, you can enjoy delicious self-service meals at the self-service restaurant Panorama and top-notch gourmet treats at the à la carte restaurant Tiffany on the same floor.

The interior of both restaurants flows together and tells the culinary and oenological story of the Park centre, which has been co-creating the food scene of the Goriška region for years. When designing and creating the new ambience, we focused on the fact that Park with its location in the heart of Nova Gorica lies directly at the junction of three wine-growing districts: Brda, the Vipava Valley and the Slovenian Karst.

Therefore, the restaurant is decorated with large panoramic photographs of the above-mentioned districts, with oil, vine, wine barrels as well as a wine showcase filled with the best wines from the Primorska wine-growing region. However, since the content is even more important than the packaging or in this case, the scenery, Park’s chefs will create mouth-watering dishes, which the sommeliers will pair with amazing wines, paying special attention to rebula, the indigenous variety from the Primorska region, for an unforgettable wine and food experience.
