Park Wine Stars 2023

The Park-based Tiffany restaurant hosted the 8th Park Wine Stars Festival featuring 21 renowned winemakers from Primorska: Klet Brda, Belica, Vinarstvo Mužič, Vina Mavrič, Vina Ščurek, Bregar, Sveti Martin, Batič, JNK Winery, Vina Kobal, Pucer z Vrha, Vinakoper, Korenika & Moškon, Posestvo Štokelj, Vipava 1894, Reja Vino, Renčel, Prinčič & Četrtič, Tilia Estate, Fedora, Štoka, Slamič,  who presented their wine selection.

Modri Pinot by Vina Ščurek was voted best wine by the visitors.

Very interesting indeed were also the five gourmet stations, where the visitors were able to interact with the chefs.The gourmet journey started with an innovative cold starter by Edi Pekolj and Luka Madzarevic from the Michelin-starred COB family restaurant based in Portorož, whereas the rest of the menu was entrusted to house chef Adi Blaško (Park Hotel), chef de cuisine Janja Bučić (Korona Hotel in Kranjska Gora), and executive chef Matjaž Šinigoj (Nova Gorica-based Perla). To cap off the evening Alen Pernek from the Park patisserie prepared a delicious dessert.

It was yet another memorable tasting, with good music, excellent food, a dance show, and of course good company.
