Guests of the Park Hotel-based Tiffany Restaurant located in Nova Gorica can expect a choice gastronomy experience, as suggested by the “yellow” international guide. The service is impeccable and very friendly, the skilled sommeliers add the best possible accompaniment of (mostly) Slovenian wine. The work in the restaurant is orchestrated by Simon Sitar, who last year was awarded the title of »best waiter/sommelier« by Gault and Milleau. Chef de Cuisine Adi Blaško navigates with his top-notch crew z among fresh and incredibly high-quality sea delicacies, among which the guide emphasises risotto with Kvarner scampi, fregola sarda with porcini, canestrelli, baked coquille St. Jacques, panco-breaded tuna fillet, and the Park dessert speciality, that is »millefeuille«. The Tiffany Restaurant »pampers its guests in great style«, just like the shimmery jewellery shop bearing the same name.
Besides the Park-based Tiffany Restaurant another Hit restaurant has made it into the guide, and that is the Calypso (Perla, Resort & Entertainment), which has been awarded 3 Gault & Millau toques.
2 Falstaff Forks 2024
In the national restaurant guide for 2022, published by the Austrian gastronomic magazine Falstaff, 164 Slovenian restaurants have been assessed. Tiffany restaurant has earned 85 points and thus 2 Forks, which re-establishes her among Slovenia's best hotel restaurants.
Two forks were awarded also to the Perla-based restaurant Calypso.
